French Park is located in the heart of central Orange County, California. The area features some of the best examples of the old craftsmen style homes and our client expressed some concerns about developing a contemporary office building in this historic neighborhood. The challenge was to create a residential façade to the structure while maintaining the functional requirements of an office building. The building was awarded a Pacific Coast Builders Conference Gold Nugget Award for Excellence in Design.
