William Schymick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Lawrence Technological University, Michigan, in 1971. He began his career interning with some of the largest A&E firms in the country. During those early years his professional experience included many architectural and engineering projects for the automotive industry in Detroit. After relocating to California, William continued working in all areas of architecture primarily in the design development and construction documentation phases. He is highly experienced in construction management and the intensive project coordination required with the various governmental agencies.

Subsequently, William continued his extensive architectural practice, including commercial, retail, industrial and residential developments. In 1988 he received his General Contractor’s license after gaining valuable construction experience through his participation in the construction of several custom homes. William has been utilizing CAD systems since the early 1980’s, and he now works exclusively with advanced digital systems related to architecture, engineering and graphics. He is currently a licensed architect in California and Hawaii.

An early interest in aviation led William to earn his Private Pilot’s license, and ultimately realize his remarkable hobby of flying to exotic locations.
