Coconut Creek is the main gaming facility for the Seminole Tribe. The project was initially developed as a casino, however, business has dramatically increased over the years and there is a need to increase capacity and including a hotel and many other resort features to attract visitors to the area. We worked closely with our clients to help develop the master plan, ideas and attractions that will become part of this historic development.
