The suburbs of San Francisco are expanding to the east. Lathrop is located at the strategic junction of three major freeways, in the heart of the Central Valley. The new residential developments need an up-scale commercial hub to serve the area. This is “The Harvest”. Prime agricultural land converted to a major shopping and entertainment destination that still maintains its roots in the history of the region. A thriving Farmers Market anchors the development and a lake provides a recreational feature that also serves as a transportation link throughout the project.
