Las Vegas has grown exponentially over the last decade. Property values near the famous Strip are at record highs. This project was developed in response to a wealthy client who wanted to purchase an existing mobile home park and convert it into a mixed use center. Plans included high rise residential towers, a hotel, retails and dining facilities with a major multi-plex theater to anchor the development.
