The City of Irvine is one of the premier master-planned communities in the country. Our work on the Woodbridge Village Center established the design parameters for the development of neighborhood centers in the Irvine area. This was the first mixed-use project in south Orange County with retail and commercial components and a multiplex theater. The success of the center set the standard for all future commercial projects in Irvine and continues to function as a landmark development for the area.
